This advanced coaching program is for individuals who have completed the first four weeks of grounding and emotional regulation and are ready to deepen inner clarity, refine parenting approaches, and prepare for the ongoing emotional and psychological challenges of high-conflict separation, particularly within the Family Court system. It focuses on emotional sovereignty, self-leadership, and child-centred stability. You’ll Receive: • Self paced weekly blocks Week 1 – Integration & Identity Explore the effects of gaslighting and the war on your reality. Learn how manipulation impacts your nervous system and erodes self-trust, and practise staying grounded in your truth. Rebuild emotional identity and self-worth beyond relationships or reports, while developing calm, clear responses to court bias and scrutiny. Discover how food, rest, and hydration influence your emotional stability, creating habits that regulate you from within. Goal: Strengthen self-leadership and resilience while holding your ground without losing your centre. Week 2 – Co-Parenting & Child-Centred Decision Making Release the need to know everything about your child’s time with the other parent. Learn why questioning harms trust and connection. Establish clear emotional boundaries that protect your wellbeing and model security for your children. Empower their voice and confidence through age-appropriate choice and safe expression. Recognise your emotional triggers within co-parenting and apply pause-and-respond techniques to prevent reactive cycles. Goal: Build an emotionally secure, child-centred co-parenting framework grounded in regulation, respect, and consistency.
