About

Stop Making Things Worse: A Behavioural Survival Guide for High-Conflict Separation This course is a structured, behaviour-focused guide for parents navigating high-conflict separation where contact with their children is at risk and every action may later be reviewed by police, child protection, schools, or the family court. It is not therapy and it does not provide legal advice. Its sole purpose is behavioural risk reduction. The course identifies the specific behaviours that consistently damage parents’ positions during separation and explains how those behaviours are commonly reframed, documented, and used against them in formal systems. Each module focuses on preventing escalation, preserving credibility, and avoiding actions that unintentionally support narratives of instability, intimidation, or poor judgment. The content is practical, chronological, and conservative. It prioritises predictability, containment, evidence discipline, and long-term behavioural consistency over emotional expression or confrontation. Participants are guided on how to interact safely with the other parent, institutions, authorities, and the court environment while minimising exposure to misinterpretation and unnecessary risk. This course is designed for parents who need clear behavioural guardrails during an adversarial process, not reassurance, venting, or validation, and who understand that restraint, consistency, and documentation often protect outcomes better than explanation or reaction. The objective is simple: to stop parents from making avoidable mistakes that worsen proceedings, increase financial and reputational damage, or further limit their relationship with their children.
